THE SCAFFOLD HIRE PROCESS

Email us a set of plans/working drawings or measurements. Include any photos, requests or information that may help us to complete the quote. We will email you back a quotation within a couple of days.

If you would like to go ahead with the job you will need to sign the quote acceptance and return it to our office. You will then need to call one of our friendly office staff on 9303-8646 or email bookings@dpscaffold.com.au to request a booking date (our lead time is usually approximately 7 days for a scaffold build).

A few days before your booking date one of our scaffold estimators will contact you to regarding what you would like the scaffold set up for (who will be working on it etc). The estimators will then draw a scaffold plan to suit the requirements of your job.

Following that, our yard staff will pick the scaffold components required to be sent to site.

Two days before your booking date you will receive an automated text message for you to confirm that your job is 100% ready to go on the booking date. Once the job is confirmed, transport will be organised to transport the scaffold to your site. The day before your booking the scaffold will be loaded on to our trucks.

Booking day! Our loaded trucks will leave our yard and arrive at the site at 7 am. They will then unload the scaffold with their forklifts ready for the scaffolders at 7.30am. Scaffolders will build following the scaffold plan drawn by our estimators.

Once the scaffolders have finished building the scaffold they will pick up all excess scaffold material and stack it ready for pick up by our trucks the next working day. All stillages (steel pallets) will be stacked under the scaffold out of the way waiting for the job to be dismantled.

Following the scaffold build an invoice will be sent to your nominated email address.

When all your trades have finished their work on the house/building you will need to call us 9303-8646 or email us bookings@dpscaffold.com.au to book in a scaffold dismantle (we’ll need approximately 3 working days notice). On the dismantle booking date our scaffold crew will attend site to pull down the scaffold and stack it neatly awaiting pick up. Our trucks will arrive at the site either the same day or the following day to remove the scaffold from the site and return it to our yard.
